WELCOME TO PAKPRO

We represent a wide range of stakeholders in the market, including brand owners, importers, retailers, distributors, and any entity that introduces products into the marketplace. Our organization, PAKPRO, is the trading name of Packaging Producer Responsibility Organization Limited. Originally established as Kenya PET Recycling Company Limited (PETCO) in 2018, PAKPRO operates as a business member organization dedicated to uniting the industry’s efforts in regulating post-consumer packaging. We are a not-for-profit organization, limited by guarantee, with a mission to promote sustainable packaging practices. Our operations are guided by an operating license, to be issued by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Regulations, 2022/3.
